At Drake Barber Realty of Coastal Georgia, Inc., we believe our agents should realize more of their commissions and offer three
commission plans to help them achieve that goal. If an agent's needs change, he/she is welcome to change programs as often as they
need to. (However, agents may not change programs more than once in a 30 day period. All contracts will be closed using the
program for which the agent had chosen at the time of the original listing, offer, and/or acceptance of the offer.)

We do not require "floor duty" of the agents, nor do we require agents attend mandatory monthly meetings.

Agents are welcome to use our professionally equipped office anytime, free of charge to them. Brokers are always ready, willing, and
able to assist agents in any way they need.

Drake Barber Realty of Coastal Georgia, Inc. will never charge a franchise fee to our agents.

1. Monthly fee is $79 per month due on the first or fifteenth of the month.
2. MLS fee is $35 per month for SABOR and/or $15 per month for HABR due at the same time the monthly fee is paid.
3. Transaction fee for residential or leased property is $300 per transaction.
4. Transaction fee for referral from another broker is 10% of commission or $300 whichever is less.
5. Transaction fee for personal property is $300.
6. Transaction fee for commercial property is 10% of total commission earned.
7. No Charge for E & O Coverage.
